The system is very good pity customer service isn't I bought this to replacement previous Victure Nk200 system after the NVR stopped finding the hard drive
Customer service replied to my initial email with advice non of which worked that was the last I heard from them despite sending several emails eventually I decided that for the sake of £130 I'd buy another system to replace the NVR

asy set up, decent quality, picture quality by day is excellent, by night the cameras could benefit from additional IR lighting.
wifi range is adequate for the 4 corners of a large detached property.
andriod app is so far very good,
had 1 question regarding my set up and customer services responded by return.
overall very pleased.
